Processing times vary depending on the type of item purchased:

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 1–3 business days.
• Custom & Pre-Order Items (including phone cases, personalized pieces, and select jewelry): Please allow 3–4 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and custom/pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are completed and ready for dispatch, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
